@sandy: @Happygal: Thanks! I'm so disappointed, that is definitely not in my budget haha.

@Jennibenni: maybe you can stalk Craigslist and score a deal! What is it that you like about this stroller?

You can usually find used Frogs for about $200, I've seen Cams for $400.

Definitely an older generation Bugaboo Cameleon or even a Frog being used w/o the under seat basket. They can be found for as little as $150 around here (used) if you're willing to give it a good wash/tune up/replace some parts. They hold up EXTREMELY well over time, but customer service is horrific.
ETA: just looked closer at the wheels/frame and I'm not even sure it's an older model after all!

@Happygal: I just liked how the seat was facing the back and the wheels looked really functional. But I don't really *need* a stroller so I could only justify one if it was in a reasonable (to me) price range. I'm in an area where most people buy whatever is at Target so I'd probably never find one used locally.

@Jennibenni: there are a lot more strollers that can face towards you these days--I've seen some at Target, although I can't think of the brand names. I bought a stroller from Baby Jogger that faces me, and I could upgrade the wheels from to air filled ones if I wanted. I love it, although it doesn't get a whole lot of use.

I have a city select that was handed down to me, so I love it.
I found this link of convertible (reversible) strollers and it tell you some budget ones that fit the category.

Oh, the Graco Modes stroller is apparently reversible.

Ok, off topic, but I am so puzzled by the existence of (expensive!) strollers without baskets. If I didn't want a basket I'd be wearing LO!

@MrsSRS: ha yes! The basket is key! Unless it's a small travel stroller and then it should still have at least a small basket. (Fine, so I used my big uppababy vista to push dry cleaning home while wearing one baby and holding the hand of the toddler!).
But yes looks like a bugaboo to me.

@MrsSRS: Ha, I actually didn't notice it didn't have a basket! For that much money I would want allll the bells and whistles!

@Jennibenni: Right?! I mostly only want a stroller when I have stuff to carry besides my two kids. And for that price I want a cup holder, too!

Bugaboo cameleon. And they do come with baskets as standard, they are removable and it has obviously been taken off.
We have a bugaboo and absolutely love it!!

@MrsSRS: the basket on the chameleon is removable. Many people get take them off on really snowy days.

@oliviaoblivia: Now that makes perfect sense, especially if you use your stroller to commute.
