With Charlie (5) it's not listening. With Olive (3) it's that she copies her older brother (and doesn't listen)!
The older ages are easier in some ways -- they're far more independent. But your patience is so so so tried! I never really got mad when they were little (more tired), but I pretty much get mad every single day now!

Nursing! LO is 9 weeks (2 adjusted), and everything is great, even sleep. But nursing is wearing me out.

Finding a balance between doing too much and being bored (?) especially when M is out of town. She started daycare 1 day a week this week, we are starting swimming 1x a week for 15 weeks and just signed up for Mama/Baby Pilates. I'm excited to have some structure mixed in with play dates. T is 6 mo and I'm a mostly SAHM.

Lo1 will be 3 in less then a month and I'm dealing with her not listening/selective hearing as well as her eating - she only eats a small selection of food and it drives me mental trying to get her to eat what I make/give her.

My three year old just screams all the time. If she doesn't get something exactly the way she wants it, she is screaming and super mean. I feel like I am doing something wrong!

DD1-she's 2year8months. Biggest challenge is handling her tantrums. She falls on the floor, kicks, screams, scratches and it drives me insane.
DD2-8 weeks. Waiting for her to sleep longer stretches at night.

Things are pretty good right now! But at 15mo the thing that annoys me the most on a daily basis is feeding her. I think she is well within "normal" for toddler eating but I still find it really annoying (the pickiness, the liking something one day and not the next, the consssstant food throwing). Especially because she's been sleeping later (which is otherwise awesome) and not waking until my husband is getting in the shower so I end up having to do breakfast and lunch with her alone (he used to get up with her and do breakfast).

Eating is never great but we're in a pretty good phase right at the moment. He's starting to really get loud and do lots of screaming when he doesn't get his way. I think he's a bit behind with speech and can't ever ask for what he wants so maybe it's frustration? It doesn't actually bother me that much (I'm good at tuning him out) but my husband is really sensitive to loud & repetitive noises so he gets impatient pretty quick.

My 22 month old is nursing constantly. All day he wants to nurse and he's an all night nurser too- we co-sleep. We've tried Dr. Gordon's night weaning ideas and he cried for five hours and couldn't calm back down. He's not eating many solids and it compounds the issue. now that I'm pregnant in so tired and the constant nursing is exhausting.

The whining and bedtime. DD will be exhausted but drags bedtime out for an hour and a half, no matter what time we put her to bed. There is crying, threatening, yelling, door shutting every single night. We just don't know what to do any more to get her to stay in bed and sleep.

Baths. B (19 months) has decided out of nowhere he hates them. Screams and cries when we get him undressed, cries when we put him in the tub. Once he's in he's ok as long as he's got toys and can hold my hand, but once we try to wash his hair/wipe his face/brush his teeth all bets are off and he shrieks and sobs until we pull him out, where he snuggles his teary wet face into my neck (which, honestly, I love). Until we try to dry his hair when, again, screaming. I suspect it's related to the fact that he knows the next step is bedtime and doesn't want to go, but it's hard.

Discipline. DD is just about 2 and just doesnt get it yet. We put her in time out and explain what she did wrong but I am not sure it is clicking yet. We say things like "If you do X again, you will have to go in time out - do you want to go to time out?" and she says yes. Maddening!!!!!

10.5 months, and he HATES drinking milk. He will push it away and clench his jaw, or roll away. We literally have to feed him in the swing in order to use the 5 point harness. 
He barely gets in 15 - 16 oz a day, which is the recommended minimum per our pediatrician. These days, it is more like 12 - 13 oz if we're lucky!

My DSs are 3.5 and 20 mos, just keeping them entertained in general feels like a challenge. I'm 8 mos pregnant and exhausted all the time, trying to enjoy and savor my time with them and they are so much fun but I don't know what to DO with them.

Right now my son is 16 mo and it's been a sweet age thus far. Nothing in particular has been a big challenge lately but I want to always be consistent in training and discipline (teaching him to be safe and obey). I've been on partial bedrest for the past couple months of pregnancy so I think it has been a challenge making sure I'm giving him what he needs to thrive (time outside, time spent with peers, new experiences- not all the time but still needs new stimulation here and there). I'm sure there are battles ahead as we head closer to 2 and especially getting a new sibling in a few months... So part of my duty now is to train him or that too.. Give him lots of love and even now thinking of a game plan to keep him feeling loved and secure when baby comes but also giving him plenty of opportunities to be independent and grow in independence.. And I think I can also place ourselves in more situations where I am showing attention to other babies in his presence so he gets used to sharing attention..
Anyway definitely when he was younger there were more specific challenges ie sleeeeeppp and some medical issues and stranger anxiety.. I feel blessed that at this stage I can even plan ahead and be thinking of ways to train him for future success

Nearly 2 - Um, toddlering? Ha! A big thing with us lately is sharing/not being evil to other kids. But in general, it's just the 2 year old boundary setting and testing and enforcing and so forth.
It's exhausting but she sleeps. I will take a toddler who sleeps 12 hours at night and takes a 2-3 hour nap over a colicky infant any day.

It's a toss up between trying to physically keep up with her and keep her entertained in this heat (34 weeks pregnant) and dealing with her clinging onto me all day. And she's about 3 now so you can imagine that is the tip of the iceberg.

DS is 2.5 and not listening. It drives me nuts having to ask him to do the same simple task what feels like 100 times.
Also he just started doing things he knows is wrong and then asking to go in time out. He gets SO mad when I won't put him in time out.

We cannot stand our 2 year old's whining right now. She's such a good girl but has started whining a lot. She'll ask us the same question over and over again while whining and starting to cry. Even after we have said "Yes! You can have a cheese string on the couch!" She will continue to ask over and over and get worked up.

@Mrs D: Same here! I put LO (20 months ) in time out and he will pout for a minute and then start giggling or trying to make us laugh. It feels so ineffective ugh.

Sleeeeeeeep. We don't want to sleep train, so there's really nothing much to do but to encourage better sleep, trying to time naps/bedtime just right, etc. So many people said their LO naturally started STTN around 9 months, we're there next week, so I really hope it happens!

Whining, boundary testing, general young toddler stuff. Also, she recently decided she wants me for everything and has been freaking out around DH. I'm newly pregnant and not feeling great, so that is pretty bad timing (or maybe it's related, who knows).

DS1 (almost 3): Not listening, asking 1 million questions a day, potty training aka refusing to poop on the potty.
