I'm always curious to hear who other kids like out of the Disney characters. My daughter has fallen hard for the Princesses and her current favorites are Merida and Mulan. She also likes Minney Daisy and Donald of the non-Princesses.

My son loves Flynn rider from tangled (in fact, he picked our new son's middle name to be Flynn) and Mickey Mouse. He also loves nemo.

I would say:
1) Rapunzel (from Tangled)
2) Anna (from Frozen)
3) Cinderella (even though she's never seen the movie? I suspect that is influence from her older cousin's favorite princess being Cinderella)

She used to like only Ariel for the longest and now she switched to Cinderella.
She says she has no other favorite except puppies. (She is very familiar with the Disney characters after multiple trips.)

@lawbee11: This is us too. My kid kinda weird and hasn't taken to most Disney stuff, except MMC and Doc McStuffins. She's more of a PBS kid.

1: Mulan - She's obsessed, and there was ZERO Mulan related merchandise when we went to WDW last month, it was so sad haha. She did get to meet her though and it was a major highlight of her life (and mine!!)
2: Rapunzel
3. Ariel - the local high school just did the little mermaid musical so she's been loving that ever since we went to go see it

My kids aren't too familiar with Disney characters. We had to cram in some old school Mickey Mouse the month leading up to our trip to Disney World so that they wouldn't be clueless.

@Mrs Panda: Ha. Same here - I'd say it's Elsa, Anna for DD1 and Elsa, Anna, Olaf for DD2. We can't get past Frozen! The only other character they know is Sofia the First, and they weren't impressed. Need to try Doc McStuffins next...

@Charm54: When LO was 2 we went to Ariels Grotto and the very first princess to walk up to her was Mulan. She crawled under the table and stayed there. I was mortified. 
After that she came out and socialized with all the princesses but I'll never forget the first one who had to take rejection!!
