My dream car is a stationwagon. Always has been, always will be. They don't make them like they used to -- ours had seats in the back that faced out the rear view mirror, but could also be laid flat.
What's your dream car?

Fully restored Karmann Ghia cabriolet! For fun, weekends, etc. I've learned from experience that convertibles aren't practical every day cars in Boston but I love them.

I don't know much about cars. One day I'd love a car in a crazy colour, like mint green!
coconut / 8279 posts
@pui: hehe DH hates it but I almost always get crazy colors. I have a mint green car right now - "summer rain metallic" Prius

I'd love to have a brand new Challenger. They're so pretty
I've also always wanted a truck, but I drive way too far for work to justify getting a truck and wasting that much gas.

I just want an SUV. I like the look of Mitsubishi outlanders but I've never driven or been in one, so I might not even like it!

@Mrs. Bee: Do you want to buy my Subaru Impreza?
When i was a kid, i always thought it was the coolest car!

@Freckles: i would love a subaru! but paying for parking is too much right now. maybe when the kids are a little bit older and we have more use for a car!

Right now? A Highlander or Odyssey. I don't really have any cars in my list that aren't mom cars.

I really want a Porsche Cayenne, but my husband keeps telling me it's not big enough for us, two dogs and two future kids. (As if size is the only reason he's not rushing out to buy me one!)

@Mrs. Bee: I love station wagons! My first car was a Volvo wagon that had seats in the trunk
I was so depressed when I heard they were going to stop making them in the US!!
Since I can't have my Volvo wagon, I have my dream car eye on an BMW 5 series, a Volvo S60, or an Audi sedan.

I want a corvette SO bad! I'll never have one though
Definitely can't have one with kids, and I don't want to be 60 years old with one - I won't appreciate it as much by then

@Mrs. Bee: Me, too! People think I'm crazy, but seriously, that is what I want. We have a Prius now and I would love extra space in the future for more kids + our dog, but I'm just not down with the minivan, personally. Dreaming of a Volvo over here.

@JennyLayneAZ: I told my dh that's what I want when the kids are out of the house. They're so gorgeous and mean at the same time
I could get in trouble in that car.
@twodoghouse: This is my other dream "family" car, but my family is too big. I laugh at the positioning of the oh sh*t handles, I love fast cars!

I have a new challenger so I'd say I have my dream car. I do get lots of interesting looks when I reach into the back and pull the infant car seat out haha.

@Mrs. Bee: I was so jealous of kids who had those station wagons! I LOVED getting to sit in the back. Those were the days.
I think I'm driving my dream car. A lexus RX 300. I guess I'd love a brand new one! Hah!

@mrbee: I can't imagine no cAr where I live. Our neighbors share a car between husband and wife and I don't get it. Crazay!
My dream car is a hot pink fiat and a bubblegum pink Volkswagen bug. A convertible one that I work on myself. Super pimpin. Hopefully within the year or so I start on that!
I'm happy enough with my green Kia soul though. It's already pimpin enough an such a fun car.

omg I am such a wierdo but I want a kia soul sooo bad!! I told DH he should be happy that my dream car is a kia and not a porsche!

@Mrs. Champagne: get one! I can't yell that loud enough. Best car eva!

@twodoghouse: I love the Cayenne! Our neighbors have one, I get a little jealous everytime they drive by lol.

@Mrs. Bee: those Volvo rear facing station wagons were amazing. I've always loved station wagons.
For the last year or two, however, my dream car has been the Lexus RX 350.
@.twist: I don't know the difference between the 300 and 350 but I'm jealous of your ride!

Acura TSX sports wagon
It's pretty much the same car I have now but with the extra space I need in the trunk.

I've always said my dream car would be my 89 bmw 525i restored & brought "up to date" with fun features! I love the body style, size, and just love *her* in general.... We almost got rid of her b/c she's not really drivable BUT by keeping her we get quite a discount on our insurance (gotta love multi-car discounts). I hope this means in the coming years I can start the restore. tehe.

@3littlebees: ME TOO.
My dream car is a G Wagon, which I find so odd since I'm not cool or gangsta enough to have one. I would look ridiculous driving it. I just love the way they look.

@Mrs. Bee: I would love a station wagon!
Dream car? Mercedes R-Class......loveee it.
coconut / 8430 posts
I'd love a white Mercedes SL 55. Not a practical Mom car but I think it's so pretty!
