When you have a child, your chores seem to triple. We have tons more laundry, tons more dishes, and most of all, tons more picking up and putting things away.
My favorite chore is laundry, and dishes are not that bad because I load the dishwasher. My least favorite chores are cleaning the cat litter, cleaning the bathroom, and mopping the floors. Lately I've been dreaming of having someone come for just 1 hour a day to do a chore I hate every day.
What are your favorite/least favorite chores?

my "faves" are laundry and washing the dishes too, although I prefer handwashing and just use our dishwasher for storage.
least fave: taking out the trash/recycles (so hubby does that)
It is amazing how much laundry needs to be done for a family of 4!

Wow... I hate all chores, haha. Though the things I hate the least are dishes (loading/unloading/starting dishwasher), and general tidying-up (e.g. picking up stuff around the house, wiping down counters, etc.). I hate doing laundry and mopping... which reminds me... I need to do both soon...

My favorite is probably laundry or vacuuming. Least favorite is unloading the dishwasher or ironing.

like @adira, I hate all chores. We have a cleaning service come twice a month, so that helps. I hate most the general tidying....and dishes.

my favorite chore is vacuuming and my least favorite is folding clothes.... i can leave them in the dryer for days if i'm not careful...

@Babychin - I'm the same way!!! I'll often be looking for something that I haven't seen for a few days and then find it in the dryer with a bunch of other clothes! Oops!

My favorite chore is laundry too, except I don't like putting it away. I hate all other chores so we have a cleaning lady come once a week. The crazy thing is, I have this need to tidy up everything the day before she comes.

@mynoahbear we have a housekeeper too and i am always busy cleaning up before she comes! not only is she a great help, but since she comes here to clean, it gives me motivation to clean before she arrives... does that make sense? lol... hubby thinks i'm crazy.

Favorite is cleaning the kitchen because I can do it quickly while listening to music and a little goes a long way. Also general tidying up of rooms because that can make a bif difference too.
Least favorite is laundry because I struggle with the folding and putting away of clothes! Also cat litter, but that's why I haven't done it in years (husband always does it)

@nycalimama my husband things I'm crazy too. He literally sits and shakes his head and tells me I'm probably the only person who cleans up for the housekeeper to come. Now I can tell him it's not just me.

I actually like hand washing the dishes and don't mind vacuuming. I hate (i refuse) to clean the cat litter.
Don't hate me, but I am soooo lucky that my husband actually does our laundry.

I'm not a fan of chores, but I dislike vacuuming the most. I like things that I can multi-task with, so talking while doing the dishes, watching tv while folding laundry, etc.

I hate laundry. It either piles up and takes forever to finish, or I stay on top of it and am constantly doing loads every few days. Either way, I hate it. SO doesn't help with it at all, so I'm doing it for the whole household, and probably will have to for the rest of my life. Ugh. I would pay someone to come and just do my laundry. Is there someone who would do that?
All other chores I actually like to do.

I don't mind laundry, as long as I don't have to iron!
I hate dealing with the recycling. We have to separate the glass and cans, and take that to the center. The plastic goes to the grocery store and the paper gets picked up.

I HAAAAAAAAAAAATE vacuuming. Like, SERIOUSLY hate it. I LOVE folding laundry - it gives me time to just sit and think and do something mindless.

I hate emptying the dishwasher and cleaning the baseboards. I don't mind doing laundry, it's the folding and putting away that I don't like. I probably am weird with this one, but I enjoy cleaning the toilet because I love seeing a nice, shiny and clean toilet. lol.

Hands down, my least favorite chore is folding and putting away laundry! I don't mind sorting and washing it all, but it usually ends up sitting in baskets for a few days (or more...)

@ C. Sassy - Hubs will put away all of his laundry and leave mine sitting in a pile on the floor, and I tend to leave it there. pretty much until we have company over. Is that horrid of me? lol
