I have tried my best to continue working out while pregnant and have consistently kept between 2-4 days the entire time. I am 27 weeks now, and just started taking spin class 3 weeks ago. I have to say that it is, by far, my favorite workout to do. The group atomosphere is something I've always loved, it's easier on my feet/body than my Cross Fit Class (that I still struggle through once a week), way more entertaining than the ellptical or treadmill, and I just feel great afterwards - even better than after my pre-natal yoga class. I'm a bit shocked to be honest! It also made me wonder what everyone else's favorite workout is?
