I love anything that doesn't feel like a real workout (dancing at a wedding, bowling with friends, water skiing, etc.)
But my favorite is the old school 80s-tastic STEP AEROBICS. Oh yeah. Feel the burn!

I still haven't found something I love that is called a workout, but back when I had horses, riding was the best total body workout. I could eat anything I wanted and never gained a pound.

Zumba! It doesn't even feel like a workout but you burn sooooo many calories. I went 4-5 times a week til I was about 25 weeks.

Running and spinning - I like intense cardio that doesn't require much coordination so I don't end up tripping and falling over myself! I also prefer solo activities that allow me to really work up a sweat so those two fit the bill perfectly.

Running (hence the username), weight training, and yoga, especially Bikram yoga. Buuuut Bikram is too expensive for me to justify going regularly.
I'm surprised by how much I enjoy lifting. It makes me feel like a bad-ass and I love having muscles!

I used to love Bikram yoga but haven't been in forever, it was so expensive to keep up that membership! Since then (well until pregnancy took over) I really was enjoying just your standard gym workout. Cardio on one machine or another and then weight machines. Tried Zumba once and it wasn't for me, which I was bummed about.

@grizz: I have wanted to try Zumba, but I am the world's most uncoordinated person. I can't even follow a really simple routine and have no rhythm. I'd probably just flail about like a crazy person.

Swim, dancing, and kickboxing. I want to try pilates and yoga, but don't want to spend the money! I'm cheap

I haven't found a "workout" that I enjoy! I just prefer having someone to go with in general! I HATE/Don't go by myself Not that I wouldn't ever.....I just really never find the ambition/motivation going bymyself to the gym.

Does sex count?
Otherwise my gym used to offer cardio blast. It was cardio and weights, loved it.

I've been doing Zumba and I really like it! I did kick boxing and step aerobics in high school and really liked both of those as well.

@Smurfette: Ha! Seriously.
I like(d) to run. My husband and I used to go on runs all the time. He was always faster, but I could always outlast him on distance. Now (at 34 weeks) I get out of breath walking four miles. Yeesh. This kid is all up in my business.

Playing a sport (soccer) or swimming. I like to dance too.
But, alas, I am stuck on the treadmill.

Weightlifting. CrossFit is a close second but I really just love lifting heavy.

Delivery pizza. But not deep pan, that's too heavy: I don't want to overdo my triceps.
