My ideal is Michael Pollan's suggestion: Eat real food, not too much, mostly plants.
As for exercise, I prefer to do something different every day and do things that don't feel like exercise or multitask (dancing at a wedding, talking a walk with a friend to catch up, etc)
I haven't been doing much at all in the way of health eating or exercise lately, but I'm really hoping to get back on the bandwagon.
