Someone asked me this recently and I wasn't sure what to say... I'm not really sure how to describe what I do.
One thing popped to mind: I'm really good at getting yelled at. Does that count?
What is your "gift" at work?

Um... I think I'm quirky and friendly, so it helps to make people relax and therefore makes it a very inviting atmosphere.

AFM, probably positivity, enthusiasm and compassion.

I have my ear to the ground...I usually have a feeling for what's going on before it's publically announced.

I have the mental patience to sift through tons of documents and information to find what I need . . . the devil truly is in the details.

I'm a social worker / therapist, and my gift is seeing people as people, rather than as defined by the problems they present with or the things that they have done.
As a general employee, I'm efficient and hard-working. Paperwork is always done on time, and I feel super guilty when I slack off (except, apparently, during the final weeks of pregnancy when ALL that I am doing is slacking off).

I'm super adorable. LOL! I get along well with all my older colleagues because they think I'm just so cute (it's the chubby cheeks! I knew they were good for something!)...And with like-aged colleagues, I'm just silly and funny so it all works out! And my students think I'm cute because I'm not cool and with it when it comes to things they think is hip and cool so they just tease me and think I'm a giant nerd.

I know news. That means I'm the go-to person for any of our software that deals with the news side of broadcast.

I've got a really fast turn-around time. Give me something that needs to get done ASAP and I'll get it done and hand it back in the blink of an eye.

I'm the fastest worker in my department, which is both good (I get my work done crazy fast and keep the department moving) and bad (people tend to think I'll come clean up their mess if they are working too slow).

People love calling-texting-emailing in elaborate sick excuses to me.

when I did work I felt so guilty if I wasn't working that I would always be doing something productive, no Facebook for me!
Now as a sahm I'd say it's patience.
