When I was pregnant I LOVED to swim, I loved the weightless feeling of being in the water. I swam as much as I could! What was your go to form of exercise?

Rock Climbing. I don't have a buddy to do it with and I'm a shy introvert. The struggle is REAL.

I gave up running for barre when I got pregnant, and I'm actually really enjoying it!

HOT YOGA all the way. I had to stop in the first trimester because I was so nauseous and got lightheaded all the time, but I literally dreamt about it all through my pregnancy. I've been back a few times since DD was born (she's 10m now!) but not nearly enough.

@blackbird: Me too. I want to go back but not sure how to fit it in my schedule.
I loved to swim while pregnant.

I just incorporated barre into my weekly routine and am really enjoying it! My go to though is spin.

I've been really enjoying Pop Pilates lately. I feel like I need cardio not just flexibility/strength training though so I am not sure how effective it is toward my goal of weight loss.

Orange Theory Fitness and running. I love the interval training and seeing how strong I'm getting!
@daniellemybelle: I'll say this, I haven't lost a single pound since I started doing more than just cardio, but I've lost almost two inches in my waist.

@daniellemybelle: strength training is always good for weight loss! And body recomposition

The only form of exercise I've ever enjoyed is spinning.
This is totally me:

I like the Beachbody workouts, but stopped because they are just too intense while I'm pregnant. I really enjoy walking/jogging too.
This might sound a little weird, but I absolutely LOVE pole fitness! There's a studio by my house and I try to go 1-2 times a week. It's such a great upper body/core workout, and it's really empowering!

I loved riding my bike until the very end. I rode 2 days before I went into labor. It felt amazing.

I'm into crossfit right now. I'd given it a go once right before my honeymoon, but never got back into once we got back. Then after #1 was born I did it for a month or two, but stopped going. I've been doing it since August now and I"m really really enjoying it this time.
This summer I was super into this babywearing barre class. I'd like to pick that back up again as well, but it means getting a sitter for my older daughter which can get difficult. I like that I can do crossfit early in the morning before my husband goes to work.

I just stick to walking and taking the stairs when available.

Yoga was my pregnancy jam. And Barre. That's all I did. I was really tired this past go round.

I only walked while pregnant...I wish I could have done more but I was too sick!

@Silva: Me too. I quit while I did IVF with my first. I was just starting to get back into it when I got pregnant again.
I also miss hot yoga but it's harder to make time for.

I love weightlifting! I love the feeling of being strong, and see my progress (it only took 3-4 months of consistent exercise to go from bicep curling 12.5 lbs to 20 lbs...). It's so rewarding.
There is a body pump class at my gym that I love to attend when I can. It's weights, but lower weight and higher reps so it;s like strength conditioning and cardio in one.
I do throw some HIIT in there as well, but I actually hate it haha. I just do it for the benefits. And I do feel good afterwards.
In the summer I bike a lot with my boys. We love biking paved trails in the park

Running. Forever and always! I ran through my 35th week (slowly!), and appreciated every minute of it!

Body Pump, spin, vinyasa yoga and Pilates. Luckily our gym offers all of these (in pre-baby life I went to separate studios for yoga & Pilates) - so I can just run in and leave LO in the crèche.

I used to be super fit! Pre kids, I either ran, biked or swam nearly every day (and sometimes all 3!). I haven't run since I got a knee injury a few years ago, but I wish I had a nearby pool so I could get back into swimming.
