With LO1 it was the constipation, I was in so much pain! LO2 I would say the heartburn, I slept sitting up from 20+ weeks!

It's a toss-up between the swelling right at the end or the varicose veins in my groin. Super awesome.

Until 28 weeks- constant nausea and puking
After 28 weeks- constant acid reflux -
Sciatica and general lower back pain. I've had it on and off since August and it just makes everything- especially taking care of my toddler- so much harder. Everything else kind of pales in comparison.

DD - constipation and pregnancy insomnia

DS - 1st-2nd tri: headaches. 3rd tri: back/rib pain
DD - headaches, nausea, vomiting still at 22 weeks. Hoping this lets up soon!

DD1 - mild sciatica in the 2nd tri. Gone by the 3rd.
LO2 - So far, the exhaustion. Although the sciatica is back (currently bum cheek twinges)......

While I also had constipation and heartburn, I think the swelling at the end was the worst.

Through 18 weeks: all-day nausea
Starting in late 2nd tri: debilitating carpal tunnel in both hands. Awful, awful, awful. -
LO1: Constant nausa and lack of appetite, up until and through delivery
LO2: Lower back/tailbone/hip/sciatic painRLP for both, but it started WAY earlier with LO2.
