I use to drink 2% all the time and then while I was breastfeeding, we found out that LO had a milk allergy and that's why she was projectile vomiting after every feeding. I switched to soy and never had a problem after. I still drink soy because she does. I cannot even stand the smell and texture of cows milk anymore.

Whole milk and sometimes soy. But I prefer whole milk.
Skimmed milk and all the others dont even taste like milk to me.

We love our rice milk and oat milk. So yummy and you can cook with them too.

I love skim milk but since I found out about my dairy allergy, I moved to soy. I don't like it plain so I'll only drink the chocolate stuff. I miss my cereal in the mornings.

i grew up drinking 2%.... but my husband is into skim, so we started drinking skim. recently, i tried to drink whole (just because i'm pregnant and trying to get fat where i can), but it was too heavy! then tried to get 2%, but it tasted weird! so back to skim.

@chopsuey119 - I like that rice and oat milk are not as "thick" as soy milk. My local grocery store stocks both and they're organic to boot. I'm pretty lactose intolerant, so I'm glad the grain milks are so palatable.

I grew up drinking whole milk but switched to 1% as an adult. My LO is allergic to cow's milk, and I have adjusted to drinking almond milk.

I've grown up drinking whole, but now drink 1% or 2%, I could never get used to skim.
