I think I use our 15 cm sauté pan the most...cooking eggs and grilling sandwiches!

My most used item would probably be a paring knife... For cutting fruit, veggies, lunch prep... I really need a new good quality one..

@autumnlove: same. Eggs, sautéing veggies and chicken, quesadillas, grilled cheese. It's the only pan I haven't packed yet (moving in a week).
