I'm about to pop in "Beaches" and I've already prepared some tissues. It gets me every time.
And the first part of "Up!"

The scene in Love Actually where it cuts back and forth between the kid running through the airport and Colin Firth's character going through the little Portuguese town to propose gets me every time. The beginning of Up, as well. I can't think of any other movie I've cried at multiple times, though I'm sure I'm forgetting a few!
