Back home, in the last few years a lot of friends named their kids Max, Alfie, Jack, Charlie, Olivia, Isabelle/Isabella, Phoebe, Ella, Amelia, Sophia.
Here, I feel like there are so many different cultures you don't hear the same name so often.

I don't have any duplicate names in my friend circle. Pretty much people stick to popular, common names like Caleb or Jaxon (yep w/ that spelling) for boys and McKenzie or Sophia for girls.

Soooo many Liams. I know at least four born in the last couple of years. Also, Amelia seems to be getting more popular -- I know a few girls with it as either first or middle. I think it's pretty

I know a lot of Jack / Jacksons- one of my favorite names but people too close to us have used it- plus it sounds bad with our last name anyway.
Couple of Charlottes and Lily, then quite a few that fall in the old fashioned is new again theme (Abigail, Audrey, Hazel, Clara...) no duplicates in those but they kind of go together.

Jackson, Madison, Emma. Seriously, Emma needs to stop. It is insane how many people in my area have named their kid Emma in the past 5 years. It's practically the Jennifer of Central Florida.
@lawbee11: I think that's interesting, too. My SIL is pregnant and Theodore/Teddy is at the top of their list, but we know no one who has even had it on their short list. It hasn't picked up around here at all.
