I am so over giving antibiotics 3x a day to my 2 year old because she has an emotional breakdown after every dose. She usually tolerates meds really well.
Ugh, only 5 more days!
What task are you "over" today?

Washing their food containers for lunch and then packing their lunch. It irrationally makes me angry. Like where is the dishwasher and lunch packer fairy!

Putting the damn books back on the damn shelf for the fiftieth damn time.

All the getting ready for the next day prep.
@anniefannie: We just got one after two years without. It is never-ending! Though I'm surprised how many dishes I still wash even with a dishwasher!

Is dealing with tantrums one task? If I hear her shout no one more time...
Also getting the baby to sleep for naps. Sometimes it's amazing and easy, a sweet snuggle, rock her for a minute, sing a song and put her down, and she puts herself to sleep. Sometimes, she cries when that happens, so I rcould cl her for a long time and she's just about asleep and the toddler busts in and wakes her, more rocking and bouncing, put her down and touching the cradle wakes her. Finally finally get her to sleep and she sleeps for 25 minutes.

Sweeping DD's Hansel and Gretel crumbs from under the dining table. Scraping stickers off the furniture because she's averse to her sticker book.

Changing the baby's clothes. He's had too many blowouts/messy meals to count in the past couple days! I swear, I should just crank the furnace and let him go around in just a diaper.

Cleaning under her high chair! I couldn't care less if she finishes her meal, but why must she throw everything she doesn't want to eat??

Picking up all. of. the. toys. Mostly the fake food that she never plays with, only dumps on the floor. I think I clean up the same mess Of toys at least three times a day.

Dishes for sure. I miss my dishwasher. It's not a hard task but I still hate it.

@fussygal: Haha me too! She plays with them, but likes to dump them out first. And I keep the play dishware/utensils in the fridge of the toy kitchen and she likes to just throw them all onto the floor!

Just about every day, we struggle with at least 1 diaper change and cleaning up after eating. I've tried every trick in the book, but she hates both of these things, so it's exhausting.

Making sure he eats enough. The coaxing, scheming, trying to plan menus, balancing good table manners and habits with the desire to just put the iPad on and shovel food into him while distracted, trying to keep my cool when he bats the spoon away and gets 90000 grains of rice on the floor, dealing with yet another rejected meal, then cleaning up after it and thinking about his next meal.

@snowjewelz: we do the same thing with all of the silverware and dishes, it drives me insane! It's a good thing that kitchen keeps her so occupied, because it's the messiest thing in the world!
