I work for a big company and feel lucky to have such great benefits. My manager is flexible with working from home and flexible hours (leaving early on Fridays if we've put more than our fair share in). We also have an education benefit of 90% of up to $12k/annually. Good health/wellness benefits and decent PTO and carryover.
I also recently learned about lots of new parent benefits like a subsidized Medela pump, free lactation counseling, and subsidized daycare for the first 4 weeks back to work.

Flexible schedules. If I need time off I can get it fairly easy.
Group health insurance is free for FT employees (gets expensive when you add dependents, each has their own deductible ($2,500) & it cost anywhere from 360-900/mo)
Group life ins policy $10,000 coverage free for FT employees
Voluntary life, dental, vision, & pay flex
They DOUBLE what I put in for retirement. YES DOUBLE.
Tuition reimbursement I think its $100/year
Employee Assistance Program
I've been there for 9 years so I earn 112 hrs vacation & 96 hrs sick leave/year. Next year my vacation will go up to 136. (Wish I was able to hold on to it long enough to enjoy a real vacation)
I am very lucky to have my job. The pay is just under 13/hr but the benefits are pretty dang good. You can't walk away from a retirement plan like that.

I work in a fitness/exercise setting so I basically workout everyday. I also get health benefits. On days if I need travel I get meal expense.

Wow! I need a new job! I have a lot of standard corporate perks like mothers room, flexible scheduling (currently working 8o% schedule), etc but nothing over the top like some of these! We used to have free sodas in the fridge and candy overflowing everywhere but that was when the economy was better.

@mediagirl: so you only work 32 hrs but get paid 40?!?
I'm still pretty new at this job but they allow flex time. So I've been doing 8-4:30 because it works better for our family schedule. It's nice to get home and be able to play with M for a bit before getting dinner starting. Then the typical holiday pay, vacation and PTO. We get a full family insurance paid which is aweeeeseome! 401k
