I admit-- I didn't really have any *horrible* symptoms so far-- I've been really lucky. My sciatic pain was really bad for a few weeks, but compared to the things I've lucked out on-- mild morning sickness (nauseous for 3 months but not vomiting); no heartburn, no stretchmarks... I guess I'll take the pain.

I did have horrible headaches until I did acupuncture-- I would have rathered stretchmark than the headaches, but then again, I don't consider stretchmarks horrible.

@MrsCastro: Yeah, that's the thing-- I have my complaints, but I just know so many people who have it worse than I can't really say i'd trade anything!

I have had it so, so easy! Minimal queasiness, no actual sickness and, at 34 weeks, I still don't have heartburn or any swelling. No BHs, I have an anterior placenta so kicks haven't been painful....

The pelvic pain from 6-30 weeks got really tough but now that it has magically disappeared, I'm not sure I'd swap it for any of the other symptoms. I don't even think I'd swap the GD because I have it well controlled.... my stretchmarks are terrifying but I don't think I'd trade them for anything uncomfortable!

Ooh, I'd ditch restless legs and pregnancy insomnia if I could. Perhaps I'll trade that for some braxton hicks or some cravings, I haven't had any of those....

I would have traded the GD for anything...well almost anything.

I'd give up the heartburn for the tiredness. It was horrible to be tired, yet not be able to sleep because of the heartburn.

I threw up all 40 weeks!! It sucked.

@Sweet T: I had an AP, it wasn't bad! What worries you? I felt movement at 17.5 weeks and didn't have a OP baby, either

@sorrycharlie: I'm a little worried that it'll affect whether I can have a VBAC or not. I was really worried about movement but finally started feeling kicks at 19 weeks. Now I'm just bummed waiting for DH to feel something. I know I need to stop worrying about but it's just bugging me!

@Sweet T: ohh. I didn't know you had a c-sec. if it helps, mine moved! they told me at my anatomy scan that I had an AP and that it was low, and of course I panicked - but by my last ultrasound (two days before I delivered) it was at 2 o'clock if that makes any sense? if you were looking at me. kind of to the front still, but more toward my side than smack dab in the middle. and I think DH finally felt movement in the early 20s (for weeks)..it's all so fuzzy already! Thank god I wrote things down.

@Sweet T: yeah! I wasn't sure if it moved, or if as my uterus grew it kind of grew up with it? but that's totally what happened. and I had a really, really fast, quick delivery. I was so paranoid she'd be still facing it - so sunny-side up - but she wasn't.
