Parenting styles for sure! DH and I are not naturally on the same page, so we've already started seriously discussing issues like spanking, and figuring out how we'll resolve disagreements. Thankfully he's VERY willing to listen to my unconventional views, since I want to do gentle, non-punitive parenting. We're from the South, so that's about as far from how we were raised as anything I can think of. Things like cosleeping are pretty foreign to him, but helping him understand my reasoning has gotten him on board with a lot. If you don't agree on things, now is the time to figure that out and work on how you'll compromise.

Issues like circumcision are big too, if you happen to have a boy. Again, we disagree, but he's willing to listen, thankfully. And birth plans, what newborn interventions you want/don't want.

And definitely all the financial aspects! We met with a financial planner, who gave us recommendations on things like setting up savings for kids, life insurance changes, all that.

Oh, and one last big one that some people don't think about, who will get your kid if you both die. That one could become an issue before the baby's even born, if say you were in a wreck late in pregnancy and they saved the baby but neither of ya'll. If you're like us and have NO desire to have your child raised by most of your family members, it's important to have that decided.
