I carry bags with me, put the diaper in there, tie it off and drop it in the first wastebasket I see. I figure the bag holds in the smell and makes it less obvious?

People usually ask and so do I :). Prob the best bet. But I prefer diapers go in kitchen garbage since it is changed most frequently.
