mr. cowboy is from wisconsin, so we root for the packers and the brewers. we just came back from visiting mr. cowboy's family and we all stocked up on packers gear before the season begins! i made him give me and CB the knicks, though (not that there's a whole lot to cheer for...dumb management)...i didn't really watch a lot of baseball or football growing up, so i'm okay with "converting" to his teams

Vikings! Ok my DH loves the Vikings, I hate all sports but I go all out for him. I have my purple/yellow spandex, my glitter, eyelashes, like 10 shirts, 5 jerseys, purple cowboy boots, a horse mask. I got it all.

Steelers! I also love college football, and cheer for my alma mater, the Pittsburgh Panthers, plus I'm also a Michigan Wolverines fan. I didn't grow up watching baseball, but on occasion I'll watch and cheer for the Phillies. I'm sort of all over the map. (c:

Red Sox, Pats, and Celtics. We aren't big hockey fans but we watch/cheer for the Bruins if they make it to the play offs.
@MsLipGloss: Im a transplant to the south and I'm still getting used to the SEC football obsession. What confuses me the most is all these people who are crazy fans of college football teams when they didn't even go to the school!!

and i know what you mean about little kids in sports gear...especially if they're just miniature versions of actual sports gear!!! so cute!
and another note, i'm so annoyed that so much of the women's sportswear has rhinestones and glitter or is pink!

@Mrs. Cowgirl: haha yeah he played for four years. It was cool for a while but towards the end he bounced around a lot and he was always apart from me and from his family and that's no fun. Especially since the football season includes the holidays. He really enjoyed his time playing and it had some great financial benefits (hello pension and free health care for the next five years!) but I think we are both a lot happier now that he has a regular person job and he is home with me forever and ever : )
