I take mine at 1:30 and I have several reminders set on my phone!

Thank you for reminding me! Oops!! I forget at least half of the week, but normally I take it at noon.

I do it at 11am and usually remember

9pm. I had to set it next to my toothbrush so I don't forget it.

I take it usually around 10. I have got to get better at taking it at a consistent time though.
