I would think a full dinner would be needed so what about a taco bar or crock pot pulled pork with a few salad type dishes as sides? Tacos might be the easiest way to accommodate lots of eating preferences if you don't know the crowd's dietary needs since you can do vegetarian or gluten free etc. without much trouble at all.

Agree, you need a full dinner. I love "bars" so a pasta bar, taco bar, baked potato bar. Or you could do something easy in crockpot like pulled chicken/pork, or a sandwich platter with crossiants, egg salad for vegeterians. And of course sides, ect. to go with!

I love the taco bar idea! You could also do a mini burger/slider bar. You can do smokies in a crockpot, chips and dip, a veggie tray, and maybe some pasta salad or salad on the side.
