I always found the full panel pants so itchy!! So I stuck with the low panel pants and they worked pretty well for me. I just hated anything rubbing up against the stretched out, itchy belly.

I've only tried on and purchased full panel pants. My belly isn't itchy (yet), so the fabric hasn't bothered me. I love the full support for my belly.

I liked full panel until the third trimester and then I thought it was uncomfortable so I would fold the panel down. I wore a lot of dresses and stretchy skirts at the end to avoid a panel.

I LOVED the full panel only during my first pregnancy.
Couldn't STAND them with my second... under belly only!
I'm a weird one.

Not sure.... maybe I need to buy a size up for my third trimester, because some of the full panel are starting to cut into my bump / not cover it fully; and some of my under-belly ones are tight and I find myself pulling the waist away from my body as much as I can, privately.

I only like the full panel ones. The others are totally uncomfortable.

I HATED full panel! They were itchy and made me feel claustrophobic. I only wore the low panels...think they're called demi panels. Very comfy.

I don't hate the full panel, but am finding that they don't stay up as well with this pregnancy as they did with the last. I just tried the gap inset panel for the first time and LOVE it. Makes me feel like I'm wearing real pants!

Leggings! I don't mind a full panel, the demi is fine too, I just can't stand wearing jeans in my third trimester.

Full panel for sure. Demi panel made even my muffin top look pregnant.

@DesertDreams88: I had exactly the same problem. It's weird because in the legs and butt the pants were quite loose.
Anyway, I liked full panel because they kept my back nice and warm in the winter.

Secret Belly from Motherhood I think it is called. It could be a full panel, or you could roll it down for a demi or low panel. I generally wore it under the belly.

I could not stand full panel. Way too itchy and uncomfortable for me. I managed to wear regular pants with a hair tie until about 3 weeks, then mostly wore dresses and a couple pairs of shorts for the rest of my pregnancy. I didn't wear pants for the last two months.

@mrsjyw: haha me too! First pregnancy I was all about full panel. This time I find them annoying because my shirts get stuck on them. Now I prefer fold over low waists. Demi panel is still the devil though.
That said I was working during my first pregnancy and had to look sort of professional. Now I sah and its fold over yoga pants or leggings every day.

Under the belly feel like they're cutting off circulation for me. I love me some full panel pants. The bigger the better!

Full panel. Under the belly always gave me muffin top. No thank you!

@mrsjyw: @Foodnerd81: ME TOO!!!! I was like wth when I started wearing them with #2. I'm half way through my 2nd trimester and can somewhat stand the full panel, but still prefer under belly so I end up rolling down the panel a lot. BUT it causes the pants to fall down. Not cute. Sigh.
my work slacks are under belly elastic from Gap and they dig in like crazy though. Lose lose.

Full panel everything! The demi panel cuts my bump in a weird place and the elastic rolls when I sit down. I do like the J. Crew side panel style pants but those have the droopy drawers issue later in pregnancy.
Right now I'm on the hunt for a pair of really thick full panel leggings and it seems so many have a demi or low cut waist.

Full panel leggings. That is all I will wear! I don't get it, I couldn't get into pants that don't open up pre-pregnancy, so how could I slide into them pregnant? I like stretchy full panel leggings!
