Lady parts, lady bits, the nether regions or the nethers. If it's supposed to be my period, DH asks how things are below the equator or just "down there." We're not too creative.

Vaj or lady bits... But when I was preg with DS and on pelvic rest, I called it the Ming Vaj (like a Ming vase :)) my sister calls hers the Vaj Mahal (like Taj Mahal).
