This is timely, we are awaiting a $16,000 check from selling my car. I want to put it towards paying down the mortgage so we can get rid of our PMI insurance ($200/month). DH wants to use it to get wood floors. I think I will win on this one...

Half into baby's savings account/college fun. Most of the rest will go into our savings. A couple thousand would go towards home repairs.
