Breakfast lol my daughter has been asking for pancakes all day

We ordered pizza and cheesy bread tonight!! Hubby is going out of town deer hunting all weekend, so this way I will have leftovers to eat throughout the weekend too!

For some reason I thought I would see all sorts of homemade dinners and feel bad about myself for having Chinese! Good to know I'm not the only one too lazy to cook.

I put a pot roast (with carrots, onions and potatoes) in the slow cooker at noon, and by 7:30, it was deeelicious

We are going to do some kind of takeout, I worked nights last night and have pretty much napped all evening, and DH is still at work (it is almost 8pm). I just have to decide what I feel like.

I made 'vol au vent' I don't know what its called in english but its pastry puffs with a la king sauce with carrots, peas, hardboiled eggs and chicken.

One of my favorite meals. YUM!

I have some pastry puffs I need to use, might make those tonight with some shrimp I have in the freezer. We call it "pastetli."

I am sticking with a menu plan now (same type of meal every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc) and for nights when I'm not at home - husband gets leftovers. Last night was tacos (black beans, shrimp, avocado and lettuce on tortillas). Tonight is hamburgers with sweet potato fries.
