We are dining out tonight. I'm not sure where yet... Maybe a Thai place. I feel like it's my last meal because I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow.

@jessiejo17, @artbee: It's pretty good! I'm not a fan of Paula's cooking, but I tried Ina's meatloaf and didn't like it, so I decided to give Paula a chance! I add less vinegar, more brown sugar, and sometimes mix in a little bit of ground pork. I also add chopped carrot and I cook the onion and carrot in a pan before mixing it in.

My husband just texted that he found fresh fava beans at the market (score!), so we’re having this pasta with fettuccini, fava beans, garlic, celery, basil and pancetta. Sounds sort of plain, but it is really rich and tasty.

Hmmm....some baked concoction of sliced potatoes, eggplant and onions with ground sausage. Maybe with some parm and/or feta and/or mozz cheese. Kind of like a gratin I guess? We'll see. I'm going to wing it.

I had an enormous italian sub with everything on it. First time in 9 months! I'm enjoying not being pregnant anymore!
