i put a pork tenderloin in the crock pot this morning with au jus, onion and peppers. we'll shred that and make roast pork sandwiches with spinach and cheese

Well I just got off the phone with hubby and we are switching from tacos to chili due to the cold weather, I'm okay with this!

Probably leftover chicken burritos unless we pick something up. DH has class tonight and I teach dance so we aren't home until after 9 after picking LO up from the babysitter.

We have chicken breasts that need to be cooked .... At the risk of sounding pretentious, chicken cordon bleu with rice?
Or maybe chicken Alfredo. Not sure yet.

Tonight we're making Korean tacos.
Korean beef, spicy cabbage slaw (shredded cabbage, onion, jalapeno, carrot), and avocado on corn tortillas.
