Yum! I have no idea. We're driving 1 1/2 hours right after DH comes home from work to meet a puppy up for adoption. We have to get there as soon as possible so we're just going to find a place up there to eat after.

@Dandelion: darn you!!! I still really want brats!! Maybe next week since we're having burgers & dogs this week. Every time I open the freezer it calls to me. We cook ours in Guinness and vidalia onions. To. Die. For.

I think we cook ours in the oven actually. Use a dark beer like a Guinness though. It's soooo good!! Then we use the onions to top the brats!

I made this, Ham and Egg bakes, but used Gruyère cheese instead of cheddar. It was delicious and very easy.
