He's really well, actually. They took him off cpap twice for an hour yesterday and he tolerated it super well, so they're going to increase that to 3 hours a day. He's up to 5ml every 2 hours (fortified). And today we got to do kangaroo care!

MrsPen: thank you! Had two steroid shots to help n will see mfm every two weeks to monitor but def concerned. Girl twin only has 2 vessels in cord and its on side of placenta instead of middle so shes growing slowly... Shes almost a pound they think (shes hard to measure with her position lol) hes 1.11 pds so def big difference. Im trying to stay positive. She's pretty active n her heart is always 160s.

Cpap, up to 9ml fortified, aaaaand has tested positive for staph
which I don't like to dwell over because I just get really really angry about it. (Two other babies have it as well and obviously something happened on the nurses end for our guy to end up with it, because how else? :grrr:)Anyway. Other than that hiccup, he's doing fabulously well.

Is it MRSA or a different kind of staph? Are they staying on top of it?
