Flexibility!
I set my own hours and can work from home when needed. At the end of the day all they care about is that the work is being completed! -
I love being able to provide comfort to people during some of the most stressful times of their lives.

Not much OT or work from home after hours required. And no travel out of state so far!

I get to focus all of my energy on one patient on the worst days of their life and to see the results minute by minute.

Amazing coworkers, and really family like environment within our team. My coworkers and our work environment would make leaving very hard.

Fast paced but not high stress. I can challenge myself as much or as little as I want. I'm interested in my specialty and I am able to offer solutions based on my expertise. Holidays and weekends off.

Oh, and enough pay that I can support myself independently!

I have the best boss ever, hands down. I get to bring my baby to the office and if I need to leave to run an errand or need a day off it's no problem.

My coworkers - including my supervisor! I work with such amazing people that it is such a joy to go to work. One coworker in particular has become a really close friend. I am so lucky.
Second best would be the flexibility. When I started school they said give us your school schedule and we'll plan a new work schedule around it. They have been so supportive of me being in school.

And having people buy and love products I make.

No, but seriously, as a SAHM at this point in my life I am really glad to be there for for all of my lo's milestones. It's not what I saw being my "job" but I do love it.
