It goes in waves, but lately it's been me, then my son (who usually moves to the living room couch around 4 am), then my daughter, then Bee (who is usually up late). I love having a little morning time to myself, but I have to be sooo careful not to make any noise.
What's the usual order in which your household members wake up?

From youngest to oldest! Baby, toddler, me, and DH. Unless it's a day DH had to work early or I elbow him and bug him to go get the kids instead.

if SO is working: SO, then toddler, then baby, then toddler wakes me up. More often than not its at an ungodly hour. Baby I can usually get back down for another hour or two with a bottle.
If SO isn't working - toddler, SO, baby and they let me sleep really late (like 8:30). It's heaven.

lo, me, then I wake dh up and go back to sleep, then dh gets the dogs from our room to feed/walk them and I get up again

It depends since we alternate staying home with DS while the other person his to work!

Workday: Me, DD, DH (In fact, 3 days a week DD and DH then go back to bed and cosleep for another 2 hours)
Weekend: DD, DH and I rock paper scissors to see who gets up wth her!

Actually I usually get up first on weekends too so DH can sleep in and relax since he is a SAHD.

On days my mother is with us (the 3 days a week I work), its her, then me, DS, then DH.
On days she's not here, its usually DS (we don't get him until 7-730am, but lately he's been getting up at 630am-645am and making a damn racket), me because DS wakes me, and then DS. But even though I'm awake, getting DS in the morning on days my mom isn't here is DH's job so I can get 5 more minutes to shake off the zzz's.

DH gets up at 645 during the week. DS gets up whenever he wants between 630-715 usually. I'm up when he is. So it varies.

DD1 and DD2 trade days who gets up first. Usually they wake up within 30 minutes of each other, but it's a toss up who will wake up first. About once a week my 3-year old will move to the couch around 6 am and sleep there for a couple hours.
DH gets up with the kids, and I'm up about 30 minutes (some days an hour) after that.

On his work days? Dh, then toddler, then me. (She wakes me up asap.)
On his off days... Toddler, then me, then dh. I've been letting him sleep in and being nearly due with lo2 I'm getting jealous and I told him his days of sleeping in on his off days are ending!

We all wake when LO wakes. My son and dog sleep in our bed, and my son is adamant that the dog needs to get up when we do. Poor pup.
My husband and I each get one weekend morning to sleep in. He usually will trade me his morning to sleep in to avoid a less beloved parenting task though.
Does anyone else stay awake to listen to their SO play with LO in the morning? I love listening to them talk and to hear how my husband does things with LO. I feel like I'm spying, but they're so cute. Only cute enough to listen in for fifteen minutes or so before I fall back asleep though.

Weekend: DS-->me or DH, depending on whose turn it is, although he climbs into bed with us so we're both woken up, but one of us gets to go back to sleep-->my mom, although she likes to hang out with him in the morning, so whoever gets up with him goes back to bed for a bit.
Weekday: DS-->me-->my mom-->D, for a few minutes to help get E ready if I need it/say goodbye

Saturday: Logan, me, Xander, then Hubs
Sunday: Logan, me, Xander, Hubs, then me (I go back to bed after feeding Logan and sleep-in until he's hungry again)

Weekends we all get out of bed at the same time but I'll wake up first typically.
