We (used to) have these decorative balls on our coffee table - wood, string and glitter wrapped around styrofoam. She took a few bites out of one of those...which is why they aren't on the table anymore.

LO reached into the toilet and ate tissue out of there once. It's possible there was pee in there.

These responses are making me feel so much better about the piece of dog food I took out of C's mouth this morning.

Surprisingly, she has accepted that she is not allowed to take food out of his bowl. However, when a few pieces spill out of the bowl, I guess those are fair game since she was sitting there making chewing motions with a big grin on her face.

J has had more than one explosive poop in the car seat - like up his leg - and I KNOW he stuck some of it in his mouth before I could pull over and clean things up. Blech!!!

He peed in his own mouth while a baby. Mmm. He's eaten crayon too.

B drank eye drops when he was 18 months old and E, ate a pop-it last weekend. Ugh. So scary. I called poison control for both. I had to watch B's breathing but he was okay. They said E might have an upset tummy but she acted okay.

@swedishfish: @HLK208: I've had to call poison control already, too!! Sprayed mildew cleaner in his mouth. Turns out, not a big deal. I was in hysterics and the poison control lady kind of laughed at me. Glad I'm not alone in the club.

@BananaPancakes: oh yeah, I had a full blown anxiety attack while I called poison control last weekend!

Poop. We were doing diaper free time in the crib and I left the room at a bad time. Came back to her shoving it in her mouth. Gag!

The trifecta: cat food, cat puke and cat poop. I was gagging when I was trying to scrape it out of his mouth (especially the latter two, *shudders*)

So far, cat litter and couch fuzz. At least, that's all I know about.
