Growing up, we didn't really do a Christmas dinner... but my mom would bake cinnamon rolls when she was feeling festive, and so that's the meal I associate most with Christmas!
We're trying to get more into the Christmas spirit lately with kids, so I'd like to pick some meals to make every holiday season for the kids... not sure which ones to pick though.

My family makes beef tenderloin, spanikopita, and mashed potatoes for dinner. Delicious.

My family does the traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes....except we cheat and have shellfish too. I love stuffed flounder and crab legs!

We always have gumbo for the main meal and berry trifle for dessert. The sides change around each year. We also always have Texas trash (kinda like chex mix) and chocolate covered peanut butter balls.

We always do turkey roast, then Christmas pudding, trifle etc for afters.
