I jumped on the bandwagon late, but skinnies are my go-to fave!

skinny jeans are about the only things I wear, I prefer jeggings so they are softer/lighter material.

Skinnies, boot cut or trouser!
Tried so hard to rock the boyfriend jean, but they make me look SO frumpy!

Bootcut. I like skinny on other women but I feel like a hippy cow in them.

@ladybee: i've always worn skinnies buuuut i'm starting to feel very "hippy cow-ish" as well these days and think i might need to transition out of them

skinnies, but they MUST have a good amount of stretch!

Skinnies!
@mrs. wagon: haha yes and please, no more low rise. Doesn't work as a parent any more...

I think i have stretch fit and flares and slim bootcuts. Dark wash, none of that fancy business going on. I wear them to work in a mid rise. Not too low but not mom cut, either.

Skinny or bootcut. I really want to love straight leg jeans but they look horrible on me.

OMG, STOP with the skinny! They are the WORST! I hate them so much.
Mine are FLARE all the way. I'm a hippy girl and I need the bottom of my pants to balance out my hips! Skinny makes my booty look HUGE and it's big enough without all that extra help! No thank you!!

@Adira: This blog has some great tips for finding your best jeans . . . *it's not you, it's the jeans!*

@MsLipGloss: She's talking my language!
"Your jean’s flare should be in direct proportion with your thigh size to be most flattering. Which means that if you have small thighs, wear skinny jeans. If you have normal to larger thighs, wear bootcut."

@Adira: Don't miss the part about where she talks about how skinnies + boots can give you the correct thigh to flare ratio, though, and produce a flattering silhouette!

bootcut. i have a pair of skinnies that i like (came to the party very late on that one), but i don't wear that often because i only like wearing them with boots.

@Adira: I have a big ole butt and I love skinnies. I like to highlight the badonk though.
Skinny and bootcut

haha im in agreement with @locavore_mama and @mrs. wagon: only skinnies as long as they have a lot of stretch and help hide/shield the craziness going on underneath/skinfat spillage!
Also.. I only wear skinnies (jeggings) when I'm wearing boots over them. Otherwise, bootcut, also with a little bit of stretch.

I have thick knees & calves so skinnies generally don't work for me I wear mostly bootcut and trouser jeans!

I have super skinny thighs so skinnies are the only thing that look normal!
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@MsLipGloss: Yeah, I saw that. It seemed more to be saying "If you WANT to wear skinnies, you can if you do this." I don't have any boots besides Uggs, and I don't think I look good in skinny jeans anyway, so I'm just going to avoid this fashion trend altogether.

Straight leg or flare...too bad I can never find flare

@blackbird: exactly this!
I stay far away from skinny - does work with my body type AT ALL. but they look great on others. I recently discovered the "curvy" cut at Gap and they are perfect
