Of course there's the classic fix-it's like saltine crackers and ginger ale, but what helped you with morning sickness?

Eating a lot of anything.
I drank a lot of juice and ginger ale too! My office was always stocked with chocolates so I had lots and lots of chocolate.

Sometimes Zofran helped. None of the non-Rx methods even helped a little (peppermint, ginger, crackers, sour candy, preggie pops, etc.).

a wheel of Babybel cheese, a handful of green olives, and some crackers that were the closest you can get to Saltines here in the UK

I've been eating a lot all day long. I also eat a lot of sour lemon candies though all of a sudden those are getting too sour for some reason. I'm at 10 weeks tomorrow and praying the the end of M/S is near for me
Good luck!

The only thing that ever helped me was keeping myself from gettine too hungry or too full which was really hard since the idea of food made me sick. So yea, I ended up eating a lot of crackers and applesauce.

@MegWag: Ha, yeah - we can't get real saltines here either. We can get reasonably close ones though...

I kept a baggie of Cheerios with me at all times. Protein ALWAYS helped me, but most of the time I couldn't face any kind of meat or egg.

Triscuits and water. I have a massive stash of mints and lemonheads at the moment since it's seeming to pick up more and more at 7 weeks.

I've been eating a lot of applesauce and goldfish are my saving grace at work because it's easy to grab one or two and munch as I'm walking around helping students. They're small enough that most kids don't notice I'm eating something and they don't make it into a big deal. Although today I did eat a chocolate donut in front of them and I didn't feel even 1% bad about that. I figured teacher stuffing her face was better than teacher hugging the trashcan.

8 diclectin tabs, 20mg of maxeran, and 5-10 mg of Zofran ... sometimes if it peaked over all of the above spearmint altoids helped a little.

I had evening sickness so I would ge home from work {I get off at 3} & go home & take a nap every day. I still felt like crap when I woke up, but at least I was asleep some of the crappy time.

nothing helped more than chewable papaya enzyme. it was seriously a gift from heaven.
you can get it at your local supplement store (they don't carry it at target or rite-aid/CVS).
it actually is delicious and I had at least 10 pills a day.

@eeh: Haha your post made me laugh about eating in front of the kids! I'm a preschool teacher and my kids are always asking when lunch time is. I of course snack all day so they look at me and say well how come you get to eat if it's not lunch time? lol sometimes I feel bad but I just tell them it's my snack time

I was VERY sick from 6-16 weeks, without a single moment of feeling good. I did the B6 and Unisom thing (same thing as Dilectin, just not sold in the U.S.) and it sort of helped. At one point I did Zofran, but it caused other problems (constipation) that were so horrible the nausea seemed preferable, until of course I stopped the Zofran and it was back. I would eat chicken noodle soup, add a little cranberry juice to my water since plain water made me gag, eat shortbread, pieces of cheddar cheese, and popsicles actually would make me feel better for a little while after eating them--something about the cold. Altoids and Lemon Heads would help a little when I could stomach them, too. Feel better soon!

Mine was never horrible, but anytime I started feeling the nausea starting to creep in, I ate a popsicle and it really helped!

Morning Wellness tea by Earth Mama Angel Baby worked when nothing else did! It was so yummy and worked wonders.
