I really need to get started on my sister's ketubah (Jewish marriage contract). I'm going to paint sunflowers on it, her favorite flower. I'm also doing her favor tags for her. She wants two whales in love, because they saw a whale when they got engaged. Love doing wedding projects!

we are in the middle of too many projects! I'm making pillow cases for our DIY couch (but my sewing machine stopped working!) and I'm also working on a collage wall of picture frames! Plan on spray painting the frames tomorrow!
currently we have a new bath tub 3/4ths of the way done, new floors 3/4ths of the way done and we cut into the cabinets to hang an overhead microwave to find out that it didn't work! My house is a MESS!

@lovelife: I need to do the picture frame wall too! I want to put all old pictures of our families. We collected lots of pictures for our wedding because we had pictures of our parents, grandparents, great grandparents, etc. wedding pictures for our table numbers, so I have a good start.

I've made glitter champagne glasses and need to make more for a friend, and also want to make bags for our bowling shoes so we don't carry them around in a Fashion Bug bag all the time. I've love to make some tie-dye eggs like on the Blog too.

I want to glitter the soles of some high heels, under the arch, but who knows if I'll ever get to it, lol.

They are really easy and look good. I didn't go the gold one very well, but I made a set with a 1" band of autumn-ish colored glitter about an inch below the rim and they look amazing! My MIL said I should make them and sell them, especially since they are dishwasher safe and cute. -

I have a line-up of nursery projects waiting for me for this week. I am going to do a ruler growth chart, and tissue poms for above the change table, then I might attempt to make a mobile, and do some animal silhouettes out of card stock to frame.

@artbee: I was thinking knitting/crocheting and maybe some sewing. I don't have any patterns currently so I'll have to look for some inspiration first.

@artbee: I will definitely be posting pictures as I finish things up. I have been trying to take it easier! I failed last night when I went out to DH's work party (I did sit through most of it). I am trying to limit myself to 1 hour of activity and then at least 30 minutes of rest though!

@MsMini: good! Its hard to take it easy bit so worth it! I was pretty stupid today. Walked more than I should have and ended up with a migraine. Not fun when recovering from surgery!

@artbee: That is no fun at all! I had trouble with taking it easy when I had my big thoracic surgery as well, you think I would have learned my lesson then, but not so much. I am just so keen to get things done.
