I told everyone I was pregnant around 6 weeks with my first and around 12 with my second.
I want to wait until my late 2nd or early 3rd trimester when/if I get pregnant with my 3rd. I don't see a lot of my friends or coworkers anymore so this is possible and it will eliminate a lot of crazy comments.

Most friends- 12 weeks, or whenever we happened to see them after the 9 week mark
Work- 14 weeks (after receiving results from the NT scan)

My family: 6 weeks. I acted all weird during Christmas, so everyone figured it out quick
DH's family: 13 weeks
Boss/work: 13 weeks after ultrasound. He also figured it out quick and even talked to our supervisor if there was anything he had to do.
FB: 21 weeks after MIL announced on FB before us. She won't be doing that for #2. I'm willing to wait until 20 weeks before announcing to them thanks to this incident.

Family: 7 weeks because my in-laws were staying with us and there was no way I could hide my sickness.
Friends: 13 weeks.
If we have another, I'd probably tell my mummy friends early but everyone else after the 20 week scan.

Most of my family and close friends I told right away when I found out at 5 weeks because I was so shocked! We announced it to everyone else and on Facebook at 8 weeks, after we had our first dating ultrasound.

@autumnlove: I only announced because my maternity pics were tagged by my photographer... and a lot of people weren't happy I didn't announce sooner. I liked everyone not knowing.

My best friends: right away. I was a freaking mess.
Work: 5 weeks. No choice-I had to go to the ER mid-day.
My parents: 5 1/2 weeks. First time we saw them, Mom knew.
MIL: After 7 week u/s (out of town)
In-town friends: about 6 weeks. We needed them!
Grandmas and siblings: 12 weeks
Out-of-town friends: 16 weeks. I was too scared earlier!
We didn't do a FB announcement, but pretty sure everyone knows by this point, at 20 weeks

4 weeks: my parents--I was out of the country and panicking, needed their advice and ended up coming home early thanks to their frequent flyer miles!
6 weeks: in-laws and sil, right after my first u/s. might have held out longer but we were staying with them and it seemed pretty obvious!
7 weeks: some of our closest friends, as we were on a camping trip with them--it was really obvious since i wasnt drinking! and i was exhausted the whole time
10 weeks: my bff and dh's bff, on dh's bday
12 weeks: my brother and sil (we waited to tell them in person!). after they knew, we gave our parents the green light to tell people, and we started telling more friends. also told my phd supervisors soon after
I'm just shy of 19 weeks now; still no fb announcement but almost everyone important knows, save for a few close friends who live out of town. we might post something after my next anatomy scan at 21 weeks

Family and close friends - 3 months (slightly earlier sa DH wanted to announce at his birthday dinner!)
My boss - About 4 months
Co-workers - never! I just let them work it out!, I'm kinda private about my personal life and I didn't want my pregnancy to affect the perception of my work.
FB - when my husband posted a pic of our baby shower about a month before my due date.
I'm weirdly private and cautious about stuff like that though - wish I was a bit more open and embraced pregnancy a bit more in retrospect.

I told parents and siblings at 10 weeks for this pregnancy. I told everyone else (via fb) thos part friday when i found out its a boy (at almost 20 weeks)

We may wait a little longer with Baby #2. Although if I have as intense morning sickness as the first time around, it will be completely impossible to hide. And my SIL has been trying for a bit longer than us...I know she's starting to get a bit frustrated, so if we do get pregnant first I may wait a month or two in the hopes that soon she'll also have some good news to share (she would definitely tell us right away.)

immediate co-workers: 7 weeks (scheduling is super tight and stressful I didn't want to be a wreck over not making it to early appointments because I couldn't get out of the office)
I never actually 'announced' to other friends and coworkers, they just kind of found out.
I think the first time I mentioned the pregnancy on Facebook was 20 weeks.

We are 15+2, and I so don't want to tell anyone yet! But this weekend we will be telling DHs Dad who will be in town (lives across country) and should probably then tell my parents.

#1 - family at 9 weeks (had some trouble getting a sticky baby, and then they questioned gest age on the first ultrasound at 7 weeks, so waited for a good second ultrasound)
friends and work - 13 weeks after NT results, though we never made some huge announcement so other than close friends people found out whenever we saw them
#2, when it happens - would prefer to do about the same if possible. though I wish I was pregnant already, I think it would be hard at the holidays to cover up not drinking at all the work parties, etc. now it should be easier to hide.
actually I am taking strong antibiotics that also make me sick, tired and unable to drink. so I'm sure at Thanksgiving people are going to guess I am pregnant when I'm not!

We told family around 8-10 weeks and told our friends around 12-13 weeks. Made a FB announcement at 20 weeks (which I sort of regret doing).

-My in-laws at 8 weeks because we were on vacation with them and didn't want them to just put two and two together.
-My parents/siblings/grandparents at 12 weeks since it was the first time we'd seen them in person since we found out
-A few close friends between 8-12 weeks as we saw them and they noticed
-Boss at 17 weeks when I couldn't hide it much longer; the rest of the office between 18-19 weeks
-Rest of the family/friends has found out since we've seen them or word has just naturally spread around. We didn't do a facebook announcement.

7-8 weeks for close family and local friends. We were hosting a St. Paddy's day party and it would have been REALLY hard for me to hide not drinking at our annual bash.
10 weeks for my boss, so I could clue her in that I was alright and that all my doctor's appt's weren't for a problem.
15 weeks for the rest of my work and FB

My dad at seven weeks, because I was going to see my out of town sister at nine weeks and tell her. The rest of the family at twelve weeks and then work and Facebook at around fourteen weeks. It's amazing how we still find people that have somehow "missed out" on the news. There was a bit of a rush of whispers at senior prize giving (I'm a teacher) when they were announcing staff departures, including mine for maternity leave... I guess that some of the staff and my former students just thought I was getting chubby, even at 23 weeks
