I found out at 19 1/2 weeks, I tried to convince DH to find out earlier but he was against it, so we waited!

Our perinatalogist took a guess at 13.5 weeks during our NT scan. He said he was 80% sure.

@jessiejo17: my Dh wants to wait tOo because he thinks it may not be as accurate early on my friend has her scans at 14 weeks for both babies and they were right both times!

17 weeks and 5 days. It was the best day of my life! I was worried about finding out before 18 weeks but they could tell she was a girl. $39 isn't bad, I might do it if I were you. Okay, really I'm thinking, do it!!!!

We found out at 14 weeks, but we were told not to paint the nursery yet. It was confirmed at 16 and 20 weeks though.

We're not finding out but if we were I would totally pay $39 bucks... that's nothing. My only concern would be how reliable the guess is that early. I would hate to get attached to an idea of one gender and then find out at my anatomy scan that they were wrong!

20w6d - which was yesterday! But for only $35, I would totally do one earlier

@highwire: was he right? Or have you not had you anatomy scan yet?
@mediagirl: Haha eeeeeee I think I just might

We found out at 13 weeks with Lala and 100% certainty, because I had her chromosomes in front of me.
With M. we didn't definitively know until she was in the nursery, though we were told with some uncertainty that she was a girl at about 34 weeks.

We found out at 18 weeks exactly but I tried SO hard to talk DH into doing an elective U/S at 15 or 16 weeks. He didn’t cave though =/ I’d totally do it!

I was given a guess at 13 weeks by the doctor doing my NT scan. She was correct! It was confirmed at our 20 week anatomy scan.

@dc yoga bee: 11 weeks 2 days! We could know in 3 weeks!

I found out at 20 weeks. But for the next we're not going to find out until they're here, going team green!

16 weeks exactly! I paid for a "mall ultrasound" and it was accurate!

@chopsuey119: lol I would do it if I were you!!
We found out at 18 weeks... but that's a long 7 weeks away for you... do it!!!!

they predicted at 13 weeks, but i found out for real at 20 weeks.

At birth... but if we weren't team green I would worry about the accuracy of an early U/S! I have heard (second-hand) about a lot of bad guesses!

Like some PP's we were told at the 13 week NT screening, but advised to wait on painting the nursery.

Loud and clear at my 11 week sono! Couldn't believe it. Waited to tell people until my 18 week sono just to make sure and of course it was right.

Psh, for 39 bucks I would do it twice! I was DYING to know.
We found out at 15 weeks.

I purposely didn't requset an u/s today because DH couldnt be at the appt and he didn't want an early "guess" be wrong... LOL
Our anatomy scan is scheduled for 6/25! 19 weeks!

I was 20w 1d. They wouldn't let me find out earlier!
From what I've heard it's easier to misdiagnose a girl than it is a boy.
I think I would be too scared to do it at 14 weeks!

When they were born! They don't tell you here. And I didn't want to drive 6 hours and pay 200 to find out. I was curious, but not that curious.

They gave us a guess at our NT scan 2 weeks ago.
I *might* be able to get the doctor to tell us at the next appt, but if not, I won't find out until 22 weeks at our anatomy scan. I don't know why my scan is so late...

It's $50 here and I'm doing it, so I definitely think $39 is worth not waiting!

Didn't find out with either pregnancy although we could have found out at around 19w with both.

I was 19 weeks when they did my standard anatomy scan. I was really curious to find out the gender but my midwife recommended only getting a couple of ultrasounds, so I held out for just the essentials.
