I'm going away at the end of the month for 2 nights with my girlfriends. She will be almost 7 months. I'm already having anxiety about leaving her! Hopefully I'll be able to enjoy the much needed break

The first night I spent away from DS was when I was in the hospital having DD (he was 13.5 months). I haven't left DD yet (6 weeks) but I'm planning on leaving her overnight for a weekend away with DH next summer. She'll probably be around 8 months old.

lo is 15 months and I still haven't had the night away from her. I don't trust anyone to look after her and there's no reason in the near future for her to spend the night apart.

He was 15 months old, we had a wedding to attend so we stayed overnight in a hotel. I was checking my phone every half hour, though, so I wouldn't say I totally enjoyed myself. It was awesome sleeping without the monitor blaring white noise next to my head, though

Wow, a lot of you are making me consider leaving LO for a night sooner than I would have planned! We are going to a wedding when she will be 7 months & I just assumed we had to bring her. At 2 months it is hard for me to be away from her for very long!

We haven't because we don't live near people that will watch her overnight or we trust to.

He's almost 18 months and I haven't yet.. Lo#2 is due in August though so he will have to stay overnight with someone when I'm in labor. He will be around 25 months then.
