I started using a bra extender at 14 weeks. I'll probably get new bras this week (22 weeks).

12 weeks? I don t remember exactly. I need another new one (27 weeks) but no one makes my size in this area and I want to wait till I need a nursing bra to go the online route

Around 8 weeks, then again at the end of the second trimester when he was big enough so that my rib cage expanded to make room; then a month after he was born when my milk supply was established. I only bought two each time and just switched them off. It takes a while before you know what size you'll end up needing!

I got one just before 12 weeks. And then throughout the pregnancy kept having to go bigger.

I think around 13 weeks I had to go from a 34C to a 36C. I just went up again to a 38C around 27 weeks. My rib cage has enlarged considerably.

I'll be 16 weeks on Wednesday and haven't gone up a size. Im small chested to begin with and haven't had much breast tenderness at all. My husband says they're getting bigger but I don't see it. Lately I've been considered that they should be getting bigger or I'm going to have problems breastfeeding, hopefully it's just the crazy hormones talking.

I dont remember exactly but I waited way too long. I was still wearing my old bras and was so uncomfortable and then one day I thought to myself GET A NEW BRA! It was such a relief. I think it was in teh early 2nd trimester

I waited until around 14 weeks because I was in denial apparently – when I did go in and got measured I had gone from an A to a C cup. I’m now 24 weeks, and have a feeling I should go get remeasured again soon.

I'm at almost 8 weks and am in need of looking to go up, i'm very large chested, so this is a problem as most stores won't carry the size I need.

8-12 weeks, I think. My back was hurting so I did a quick measurement and I'd gone up a cup size. Queue an emergency bra shopping trip.
I'm at 27 weeks now and am holding steady, but I might need to get an extender because my band size is starting to increase.

the first time was the end of the first trimester/beginning of the second, I think? then I went back at around 34-35 weeks & got a couple of nursing bras with some room to grow as I had grown more. and then on sat night we went back & got some even bigger nursing bras, just in case. I'm 39 weeks now & the boob situation is sort of out of control. I've gone from a 34 less-than-a to a 36 d-ish? and no baby=no milk yet, so who knows how big they will get.

The first one was 6 weeks (jumped from 34C to 34DD). The second time was about 24 weeks (34DD to 36DD) and now at 35 weeks... I said screw it and just bought a bra extender. I think I'm going to be ordering my nursing bras in 38DD.

I needed a bigger bra WAY before I needed maternity clothes. I think 8 or 10 weeks? I thought that was really early, but it looks like a lot of others were in my boat!!

I was using bra extenders around the end of the first trimester and around the end of the second trimester I sucked it up and bought new bras. (I should have probably purchased new bras sooner). When I was fitted for new bras, the salesperson was able to put me in a bra that she says will last the rest of my pregnancy.

At 10 weeks, I went from a 32 B to a 34 C. I brought 2 bras (different styles, one more sexy) then and outgrew the sexy one several weeks ago. The band still fits, but I get double boob action. One still fits, though I should upgrade again...but am trying to wait and just get nursing bras. I'm 26 wks.

I bought a new bra at the end of my second trimester.

I guess I'm the only one who didn't need new bras during pregnancy. I'm 34 weeks, and I fill out my 32/34 B now. (Before I was a small B cup.) I also clasp my bra on the last hook now. But I haven't needed to purchase new bras.

At 8 weeks I got a bigger bra and have just been living with it up to now (35 weeks) Just ordered nursing bras online yesterday since they don't sell them in my size at ANY store I've been to... hopefully they'll work!

I just got a new bra over the weekend. I'm 16 weeks and I went from a 34B to a 36C. It's rather weird having bigger boobs all of a sudden! My husband has no complaints about them though...lol

27 weeks and i'm about to give up on this new one and size up again...

I never want to get a new bra, the thought of it just depresses me. Maybe when our baby is a toddler and I'm done breastfeeding, but not until then.
I've bought a bunch of stretchy athletic-type bras (they're softer, with less support) and they're super comfy. I can't wear them with anything cute, but I don't really care because it's winter and I'll be covering up for a long time anyway.

i guess i should be glad that i didn't have to buy a bra yet (at 33 weeks - save money?) but it's kinda depressing how small my boobs are lol.

@tequiero21: It's also depressing (and painful) going from a D to an F without a BFP in hand. (To be fair, the DDs are just uncomfortably full.)

I think it was around 7-8 weeks and I went from a 34 to a 36. I'm 16+ weeks now and should definitely buy another size up as I'm pretty uncomfortable by the end of the day.

@tequiero21: I'm only 9 weeks, but no boobage change here either! I was kind of excited for that change!

I needed bras before maternity clothing for sure. I don't remember exactly, but I know my breasts got larger at the same time or shortly after we found out I was expecting!
