I started in January 2012. LO 1 was born in late December but I didn't change any until we got home from the hospital. I only have one LO in diapers right now and I hope I am done sometime in 2018!!!
I changed my first boy diaper yesterday and I told my friend her newborn had a huge poop. Whoops, BALLS.

I had never changed a diaper in my life until I got home with LO May 2016! I would page nurses to tell them I think she's dirty!They happily came in, but I didn't know I could've started right then lol. I did ask them to show me, and they never did!

@dc yoga bee: At the hospital, your nurses changed all the diapers?! Ahhh....I'm SO jealous!!!!
Although, my SIL is a NICU nurse, and whenever she came to visit in the hospital she always jumped and changed my LO's diaper right away! She even changed her first meconium poopy diaper

Dec 2014 with DD! Never changed a diaper before that either! DH had way more experience from taking care of his nephew.

August 2011! She potty trained pretty much right as little brother came around. And now we are onto #3. So it will be at least another 3 years.

I think I changed a few diapers well before I had mine. DH changed his first when we had our twins. The Nicu nurse was really helpful in showing us how to do it.

I didn't change any until day 3 or so in the hospital? (c-section). It's funny I've asked my husband to explain to me what they looked like because I never even saw them! So started about a year ago tomorrow!
However, I had already changed plenty of my sister's kids diapers. Though I have a lot of trouble with other people's kids poopy diapers now that I have my own. My sister had a baby a month after me and even though I was changing plenty of poopy diapers by that point, her baby's were really gross to me!

June 2013 (other than babysitting when I was young). And now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever changed a boy diaper

When I was about 5 I changed my little brother's diaper. Then there were 3 more brothers after him so I've had a lot of experience. I also baby sat. DH didn't change one until we had our LO. His first one was in the hospital.

I started babysitting regularly when I was ten years old. So, 1995! But I started changing my own baby's diapers on May 23, 2014 and haven't stopped yet. About to have baby #2, so I probably still have 2 years of diapers ahead of me!

Back when I was 12 or 13 probably (so 1999 or 2000). I did lots of babysitting!
DH had never changed a diaper until the first big meconium diaper in the hospital with DD! What a good first initiation!

I only changed one diaper in the hospital but I have two nephews so it wasn't new to me. I couldn't move much after my c section so my husband changed more the first couple of days. The nurses had to show him!

April of 2009! It's been almost 7 years...LO1 was night trained right after LO2 was born, LO2 started potty training as soon as LO3 was born and LO3...she just likes sitting on the toilet so I hope she'll be potty trained in a year?! But I also hope to have another LO.

I had changed a fair number before my own babies (babysat my nephew and worked at camps with 2-3 year olds). But started regularly changing them end of July 2013. Now I've got a 2.5 yo and 2 month old both in diapers. Yesterday I changed FOUR poopy diapers in 2 hours.

Welllll I'm a NICU nurse so I've changed a lot of diapers! Started working there in January 2009 although I'm sure I changed them before then.

1995 when my first sister was born! I was a nanny before being a mom, so if we just count those straight years of diaper changing...2010, I think. Another year or two to go.
