I'm 11.5 and look like 20.

So early compared to last time. No one thought I looked pregnant last time until 20ish weeks. I'm 12 weeks now and yup, I'm clearly showing. I thought I was doing a good job hiding it, but someone at work asked me if I was pregnant before I announced. Then again, when I announced, my closest coworkers legitimately had no idea.

I'm pregnant with #2 and up until 20 weeks or so I was able to hide it if I tried.

18 this time. more like 24-25 the last time.
