I'm 12.5 weeks and feel like I'm more tired than ever this week. I thought sleepiness was supposed to be getting better, not worse! When did you get your energy back??

definitely in my 2nd trimester. i was so exhausted during the first. there was a point where i just couldn't leave the house. for me, i'd say around 15 weeks was when i was starting to feel like myself.

2nd trimester so I hope you get your burst of energy soon!

I was exhausted in my first trimester for obvious reasons, but I'm still tired in my second, but I attribute that to my new job where I'm on my feet all day. I manage to be fine all day at work, but by the time I get home, I'm done.

I think 14-34 weeks I felt the most decent, never quite normal but better.

first time around it was at about 15 weeks.
I'm 14 weeks now, and feeling a little less tired, but not fully out of it. Hopefully soon. Real soon.

Middle of second trimester. I remember it being later than what everyone said, so I was kind of freaking out that it wasn't going to happen for me. And then all of a sudden life was good again.
Hope you feel good again soon!

Yea, I agree, it was more the middle of the second trimester and then I got tired again towards the last five weeks or so.

A few weeks into the 2nd trimester. At 16 weeks I definitely felt more like myself again

I think most parents stop feeling tired about the time their kid goes off to college

When I was 6 and 7 months pregnant, I felt like a ball of energy. I LOVED how I felt - vibrant, pregofabulous, and energetic. But it was short-lived. Once month 8 hits, it's back to bed!

@cyndistar3: me too and I've been sleeping horribly since my BFP so I'm pretty sure that's not helping.

I think I started to feel normal again around 14 weeks. It was off and on at first, but I good pretty consistently now. I hope it gets better for you soon! Having no energy is rough!

I would say 14 weeks to 24 weeks I had more energy. After that sleep sucked because of hip pain in the night, so I got exhausted again.

I am 15 weeks 5 days, and this week I have definitely been feeling more myself (although the MS is still sticking around I have more energy than I have had in a while!)

@Venice - HAHA!
I don't think I have it as bad as some women. But I am reallly tired after lunch and now (9:20) way past my bed time. Part of the problem is getting up to pee 3x a night, I know.

I'm so freaking tired of being tired!
@leelee: If you're having trouble sleeping through the night I recommend getting a full body pillow. I just got mine and even though I"m only 10 weeks it makes sleeping so much easier!

@Colekbl: thanks for the tip! I'll definitely have to pick one of those up tomorrow. Fingers crossed it helps
