I'm at 13 weeks right now and I'm still sleeping on my back since that is my normal sleeping position. At what point should I sleep on my side?
My OB said when I feel my uterus popping out but that's kind of vague since I do have a belly but it's still mostly bloat and fat I think.
Do you start feeling uncomfortable on your back at a certain point or do you just have to force yourself to sleep on the side?
