I stopped wearing them to work pretty much halfway through... but still wear them for special occasions. My shower, bff's wedding, birthday, etc.
I'm so sad I can't wear my heeled boots this season! (well post L&D maybe?)

Once I realized that I get horrible blisters in heels during pregnancy I quit wearing them. Probably about halfway through like you. (shocker)

Ummm, I didn't wear them at all. I broke my foot over a year ago and since then I don't think I've worn heels at all, maybe once? Hubs is so much taller than me that it really doesn't matter what shoes I wear and my flats are so much more comfy.

I never stopped. I wore wedges mostly since it was summer and I had a hard time getting socks on, but I wore an old pair of heels when it was cooler or raining. The heel height was around 2" I think.

Probably halfway through, it was way too uncomfortable. I couldn't even fit into shoes for my shower, so I wore sandals.

I wish I still wore heels! Stopped wearing them except for special occasions a couple of years ago. Wore them for about 3 hours a couple of weeks ago and my feet were killing me!

I wore heels at a wedding this past weekend at 36 weeks and was actually very comfortable! Will wear them again this weekend for another wedding Other than that, haven't really gone anywhere that requires heels in several months.

I think it was around 18 weeks? It was getting hot and I was worried about swelling. I switched to cute sandal flats.

I wore heels at my wedding and then not again until my daughter was about a year old!

Probably after my first trimester. I didn't want to risk falling or tripping.

I didnt =o) I had bad swelling but wore them to the very end. I went to the hospital for my c-section in 3 inch wedges.

I stopped at 28 weeks. None of my heels fit from that point and I only invested in one pair of shoes to get me through the rest of my pregnancy.

I think heels (wedges, anyway) can actually be more comfortable. No swellin, buy my center of gravity has changed so much that I put a crazy amount of pressure on my heels - wedges even thing out and help shift some of the weight back to the balls of my feet. I did order 12 pairs of heels fom Zappos duing my second trimester to find the ones that fit my pregnant feet best.
