We told my parents at 4 weeks-day after I got BFP. It was tough even keeping it a secret for a day! Told his parents later that week.

We told my parents at 5 weeks and DH's closer to 12 weeks.

@TurtleDoves: I got pregnant during my engagement....they were upset but they got over it fast.

We waited until 12 weeks. My SIL told my mom about her pregnancy at 7 weeks and my mom was a nervous wreck until 12 weeks. So she made me promise I wouldn't tell until 2nd trimester. We visited my parents at 8 weeks and despite fake drinking, they cornered me about being pregnant while DH was in the bathroom. I was pissed they asked me after swearing me to secrecy so I lied and told them I wasn't.

we're telling this Friday at 12 weeks as long as the NT scan goes well.

Because of our past of miscarriages, we didn't want to say anything until a heartbeat was established, so we had to wait until 9 weeks. Then it was on!!

We waited until 8 weeks, after the first OB appt. We wanted to make absolutely sure there was a healthy baby in there. It Killed me having to wait!

I tol my parents the night of my bfp. My inlaws I told like2 weeks later. I can't keep a secret to save my life apparently. But to be fair I see my mom pretty much daily.
