Mine started at. 6.5 weeks, but at the beginning it was just loss of appetite. I didn't start throwing up until a few weeks later. Still going strong at 12.5 weeks.

Congrats! I'm 10 weeks and haven't gotten sick yet. I feel bad if I don't eat enough on a regular basis.

With my first pregnancy the MS started at 5.5 weeks, I began Zofran at 6 weeks and was on it for the duration(HG). With my 2nd pregnancy (lost at 11wks) I never got sick, just a few waves of nausea. There is something to be said for welcoming MS as a sign of a healthy pregnancy, as horrible as it is!

Mine started at 6w+1. I don't have it that bad, and hopefully it doesn't get any worse (I'm 7w now) but I'm going to be on a work trip for 10 days in a very foreign country starting in a week (so I'll be 8w) So far seabands and saltines have been helping more than anything, but my midwives were happy to prescribe zofran for me to take with me on the trip *just in case*. They also suggested the generic version of unisom + B6 especially for the plane ride since it's a sleep aid. I also bought compression stockings for the trip and plan to bring lots of food with me since my diet is extremely limited right now. My aversions include... everything...

But I'm trying to keep positive. We'll get through it! Try everything you hear of and hopefully you'll find something that works if you are sick during your trip. Good luck!

Congratulations! I am so happy to hear that you got your BFP!

I did get sick starting around week 7 (I think...), hopefully you'll be at a gorgeous place, enjoying your time so maybe it won't be so bad! I think if I wasn't at work all day long, I might not have felt as bad.

I was sick a few days before 5 weeks. But I have hyperemesis, so most people don't get sick that early. I would also suggest going ahead and getting a prescription for Zofran, so if you do get worse on your trip you'll have something to take. Congrats!

Right around 5 1/2 weeks. I was mostly super nauseas all the time and the best way to combat that was to have snacks with me all the time. I traveled at both 6 weeks and 10 weeks when I was feeling lousy and the best thing you can do is bring along lots of snacks! (The sea bands also helped me a lot). Good luck!

Well, I started dry heaving out of absolutely nowhere. So, I guess... 6 weeks on the dot. I have had very little appetite for the past few days and and have been a bit queasy but I hadn't thrown up yet.

@simplyfelicity: try to keep eating, even if it sounds horrible. And if it sounds good, eat it! Don't worry if all you eat are peanut butter crackers or granola bars or whatever. You will feel worse if you don't eat though.

@psw27: Thank you! I have noticed that it starts around 9 am before I have eaten anything.

@simplyfelicity: unfortunately that might get worse - mine was waking me up in the middle of the night to the point where I slept with a bottle of water and a sleeve of saltines on my nightstand to munch on a few crackers every few hours. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you but try to keep a full stomach if you can! Good luck!
