I feel like I have no time to work out but after seeing that post about the 'what's your excuse' mom I am motivated to really try and tone up a bit.
I set my alarm to get up an extra half hour early this morning to jump on the treadmill and when it went off it was all "yeah right" and I went back to bed.
My evenings are so packed already that I feel like any spare time I really prefer to relax a little.
If you work out regularly when do you do it? At night or in the morning?
I have to wake up in the mornings if I'm going to do it, because at night is just not feasible, I'm too tired by the time LO is in bed and I don't want to take away time from her when she's awake!
